Is it possible to personalize services according to my specific needs, even if they're not listed on the website?
At Elys'Home, we favour a custom made approach to answer your specific needs. We're able to adapt our services in order to guarantee your full satisfaction. For any specific need, feel free to contact us.
What's the Elys'Home intervention time in any emergency?
Your comfort is our absolute priority. For Platinium and Carbon subscribers, we guarantee an intervention in less than 2 hours after reception of your demand.
How does the subscription take place?
At your subscription activation, one of our concierge gets in touch with you by e-mail to schedule a phone call or, for the Carbon plan, a face-to-face meet-up. This interview allows us to get a better hold of your needs and expectations. Then, your Elys'Home card and your invoice will be sent to your postal address.
How to get in touch with my concierge?
You can join our concierge in all simplicity, either by Whatsapp or phone.
Is it possible to terminate my Elys'Home subscription plan?
Yes, you do have the right to withdraw the contract within the 14 days following your subscription, according to the L121-20 article from the French Consumer Code. In order to proceed, send us your registered letter with acknowlegement of receipt. You can also cancel your subscription by letting your concierge know about it 1 month prior to the wanted date and sending us a registered letter. What happens when my yearly subscription expires?
Your subscription plan at Elys'Home is on automatic renewal every year at the anniversary date of your subscription. To prevent the renewal, you just have to send a registered letter one month prior to the expiration of your current contract, sharing us your decision no to renew the plan.
